In BC is it legal for an employer to prohibit romantic relationships? What are the competing legal rights?

What laws, regulations, legal principles are involved for human resources/employers, with regard to prohibiting workplace romantic relationships in BC/Canada? Also what recourse do employees have, are they protecting in any way from having an employer deny their right to date a coworker? In BC is it legal for an employer to prohibit romantic relationships? There are no competing legal rights.

You are always welcome to leave your job and then date a previous coworker. Or the coworker is welcome to leave their job and then date you.

The Canadian Charter does not provide you a right to date a coworker despite your belief that it is your right.
